Care
Before lighting your True Grace candle, trim the wick to 0.5cm. After lighting keep the wick trimmed to 0.5cm. The first time you burn your True Grace candle, allow it to burn for at least 2 hours and no more than 4 hours until the whole top is liquid with wax. This will help your candle burn more evenly the next time you light it.
Sustainability
-Our wax is made using a unique blend of natural waxes. This includes Rapeseed Wax, Coconut Wax and Beeswax.
-The candle is presented in a glass vessel and the wax is water soluble, making it extremely easy to use with our candle refills.
-Hand finished at our carbon neutral factory in Wiltshire. The factory is powered by a combination of solar power and renewable biomass.
-Your candle will be shipped in a fully recyclable box, filed with natural and compostable corn starch packing chips.
FAQs
How do I get the best burn from my True Grace candle?
For the best performance, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn. Trim the wick to around 5mm before each use and burn for 2–4 hours at a time to ensure an even, long-lasting candle.
Why is my True Grace candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling happens when the candle isn’t burned long enough to create a full melt pool. To avoid this, always allow the wax to reach the edges of the vessel during each burn.
Do True Grace candles burn cleanly?
Yes, True Grace candles are made with a natural wax blend and carefully selected wicks, helping them burn evenly with minimal smoke when properly maintained.

Wonderful smells with variety and a ‘natural’ lovely fragrance
If you buy these you won’t be disappointed
Absolutely love your products but not happy with delivery firm. DHL provided terrible service! Two calls when they said we were not in …. We stayed at home for both deliveries !! Third time lucky but really not good enough. Will get your candles in future from John Lewis
All the smells I love in one great bundle. What more could a girl want? Just wonderful smells in every room.
Amazing value love it
Great to have a range of fragrances in this bundle so you can 'explore' candles that you might not necessarily purchase. The only fragrance I am not pleased with is orangery. I really do not like this fragrance unfortunately, but the other fragrances are brilliant. I intend to give the orangery fragrance as a gift as it is presented so beautifully and is an expensive, luxurious candle.
This was a nice bundle of candles to enjoy, I have given one away as a present but they are a great selection. Delivery was nice and quick.
True Grace is my go-to candle / room scent so buying one of your bundles is a great way to save money, stock up on gifts for friends, and treat myself to a gorgeous scent (the Moroccan Rose will definitely be staying with me!).

The best fragrance collection, with scents true to description. I kept 3 candles and gifted 1, which I know they will love. Portobello Oud is my favourite. Candles have good design, lasting fragrance, and an even burning quality. I am a new convert and will be back!

What a gorgeous Candle Bundle with some of my favourite scents. Perfect for this time of Year , as we head towards the end of Summer. I am starting with the Timeless Moroccan Rose , then heading for the Orangery, followed by the Amber and finally , the Portobello Oud. A lovely little Candle and Scent "journey" . A decent selection of scents; made all the better with the inclusion of portobello oud - easily one of my go to scents. Would have been a five had the rose been substituted with Fig. Great value though.
