Arco England Ltd are one of the leading candle and home fragrance manufacturers in Europe. Founded by Philippa & Roger Biles back in 1991 they have manufactured for well known brands including Daylesford Organic, Jo Malone, Laura Ashley and Molton Brown.

Philippa & Roger are known for creating True Grace home fragrance which is sold globally in stores such as John Lewis, Lederleitner, Heals and Anthropologie.

We offer a complete manufacturing service for you to create your home fragrance range. We can produce a wide range of products from our carbon-neutral factory based in Wiltshire including scented candles, diffusers, toiletries & room sprays.

Our choice of raw materials and approach to manufacturing enhances the quality of everything we produce. We responsibly procure all our ingredients from renewable sources.

Candle wax

Our blend is mixture of renewable rapeseed wax (sourced in Europe and is GM-free) mixed with coconut wax (increasing the burn time) and small amounts of bees wax (remove's impurities and balances the consistency of the wax) plus our secret ingredient. Our unique wax blend produces more oxygen than a typical paraffin or soy wax candle, leading to better air quality and very little soot.

Fragrances

We have a large library of fragrances available in a variety of scents. We use a combination of natural and synthetic fragrance oils to create unique fragrances. Both are sustainably sourced and of extremely high quality.

Toiletries

Our toiletries contain at least 96.6% of the best natural ingredients without any of the nastiness of parabens, PEGs, petrochemicals and SLS. Not only are they bursting with ingredients that are great for your skin and the planet, they are also completely cruelty free and have achieved leaping bunny accreditation.

Our factory is ecologically sound and environmentally friendly, powered by a combination of solar power, and renewable biomass. In addition, for every tree we plant we also offset one ton of CO2 through a VCS project which reduces deforestation in Brazil. Occasionally we have to use power from the grid rather than our own PV due to the long winter nights, but these small offsets enable us to achieve the carbon neutral status (awarded in 2015) of which we are so proud. 

We have the capacity for large and small scale production across scented candles, reed diffusers, toiletries (wash, lotion & soap), dining candles and other perfumed goods.

We have spent over 30 years in the industry so have built strong worldwide supply chain connections. Having fostered these relationships we are able to source the right raw materials, vessels and packaging for any home fragrance range our clients are looking to create.

We offer an in-house printing service to accommodate our clients needs producing high-quality, sustainable packaging for a luxury finish. Our labeling & printing service can be used for glass, tins and any outer packaging.

We also have personalisation facilities in-house which is available for small quantity runs.
