In addition to earning 10 points for every £1 you spend, you can increase your points by following us on social, celebrating a birthday, referring a friend or writing a review.

Our Loyalty Tiers
Our Loyalty Tier System is split into Bronze, Silver and Gold. The more points you earn, the higher your tier. To show our gratitude for your loyalty, you'll receive additional rewards and complimentary True Grace gifts at each level.
BRONZE
You'll need to reach 5000 Loyalty points to enter our Bronze tier and we will reward you with:
~ Free shipping on your next order with us.
~ Free Tin Candle in a fragrance of your choice (worth £24).
You'll also be able to earn more points with us when submitting a review or celebrating a birthday:
>Place an order and for every £1 you'll receive 10 points
> Submitting a Review - 200 points

how do i sign up for your loyalty scheme?
When you create an account with us, you will automatically join our loyalty scheme. Make sure you fully sign-up and create an account to be able to use the points you receive.

how do i earn points?
You earn 10 points for every £1 you spend with us online. You can also earn points by following us on Facebook & Instagram, celebrating your Birthday or by refering a friend.

how do i view the points earned?
When you login to your account you will see a points section. This will give you a full overview of points earned. You will also notice that there is a rewards icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Simply click on this to see your total points, recent % off vouchers and ways to earn more points.

how do redeem the points earned?
Simply log into your account and click on the rewards icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You will see your most recent voucher and the option to redeem it.

my points aren’t showing up in my account?
Make sure you are using the correct email address. If you log in and order using a different email address, the points will show against that email address only.

why havent i received my refeer a friend £10 off voucher?
The friend you have referred will need to have redeemed their £10 off voucher before you receive yours so please check with your friend that they have redemmed their voucher first. If they have and you still havent receoved please contact us on the below email address.

i followed the refer a friend link but didn't receive the £10 off my order?
When you follow the refer a friend link it will take you to our site where a pop-up will appear. You need to enter your email address here to receive your discount. If you do not do this, you won't receive any discount and we cannot add this after you have placed your order. If you cannot find your code, contact us at the below email addresss before you place your order, we cannnot help you after.
If you have placed an order with us already you will not qualify for the discount.
