Thirty years of expertise. True Grace was founded in 2003, but our parent company ARCO England has been making fragrance since 1991. Over thirty years of manufacturing experience, and a client list that includes Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Newt - not because we’re the biggest name in the room, but because we offer something none of them can find anywhere else.

Everything is made in Wiltshire. Mixed, made, printed and packed under one roof. No third parties, no compromises. We’re a Living Wage employer, carbon-neutral since 2015, powered by solar. When you work with True Grace, you know exactly where your product comes from and who made it.

The Refill Programme
Keep it running & keep it sustainable
All toiletry fragrances available in 5L refills, on subscription or as needed. Classic candles, pre-moulded refills sold - reducing waste and cost over time. Reed diffusers refreshed on your schedule. And for larger properties, our lobby candle service collects your 6-wick bowl candles, refills them and returns them ready to use.

Do you offer personalised hotel toiletries with our logo?
Yes. We print your logo directly onto every bottle using in-house screen printing - no labels, no third-party print runs. Available on
our full toiletries range in 240ml and 490ml glass or PET plastic bottles.
What is the minimum order for personalised hospitality toiletries?
We don't operate traditional minimum order requirements in the way large contract suppliers do. Get in touch and we'll discuss what works for your property, we work with everything from independent guesthouses to major hotel groups.
Do you supply hotels with candles and diffusers as well as toiletries?
Yes. As well as toiletries (wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner), we supply scented candles, including large 90hr burn 6-wick bowl candles for lobbies and public spaces, and 250ml reed diffusers. All can be personalised with your branding.
Are your hotel toiletries natural and sustainable?
Our toiletries contain a minimum of 96.6% naturally derived ingredients, with our wash at 99% natural and lotion at 98% natural. They are Leaping Bunny approved, free from parabens, PEGs, petrochemicals and SLS. Our products are manufactured in our carbon-neutral Wiltshire factory, which has held that status since 2015.
Can you develop a bespoke fragrance for our hotel?
Yes. We offer a bespoke fragrance development service, working directly with our in-house perfumers. Your scent is developed around your property's character and guest experience, fully protected, and can be deployed across your entire range - candles, diffusers and toiletries.
Do you offer a refill service for hotel toiletries?
Yes. All our fragrances are available in 5L refills for toiletries, as well as refills for candles and diffusers. You can take these on a monthly subscription or order as needed. We also offer a lobby candle service where we collect, refill and return your 6-wick bowl candles.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. We don't lock you in. You're free to scale up, change format or pause at any point. We've found that properties stay with us because the product and relationship are right - not because they have to.
Where are True Grace products made?
Everything is made in our own factory in Wiltshire, England. We mix, make, print and pack all products in-house. We are a Living Wage employer and have been carbon-neutral since 2015.
