Give your vessel a quick clean (we’ve got helpful guides if you need them). For candles, make sure the jar is fully cooled and free of leftover wax. For diffusers and toiletries, a simple rinse will do.

How do candle refills work?

Once your candle has fully burned and cooled, remove any remaining wax and clean the jar. Simply place the candle refill inside the prepared vessel and enjoy as normal.

Do candle refills fit all jars?

Our candle refills are designed specifically to fit True Grace vessels. For safety and performance, we recommend using them only with the original compatible container.

How long do diffuser refills last?

Diffuser refills typically last several weeks to a few months, depending on the size of the bottle, room temperature, airflow and how often you turn the reeds. They’re ideal for consistent, low-maintenance fragrance.v

Are refillable bath & body products hygienic?

Yes, as long as your original bottle is rinsed and fully dried before refilling, refillable hand wash and body wash are just as hygienic as purchasing a new product.

Are refills cheaper than buying new?
