Here at True Grace we are delighted to offer both an enrgraving service and a bespoke printing service for your wedding or large event. So whether you are looking to personalise your centre-piece, create unique party favours or brand your conference, discover below how it all works.
Engraving Service
Our easy-to-use personalisation and engraving service allows you to customise either our Manor Classic candles, available across 12 unique & beautiful scents, or our Burlington candles, available in 6 luxurious scents, across 3 different sizes. Our unique wax blend is water-soluble so our stylish glass jars are fully re-usable with our candle refills or can re-purposed into plant pots, pencil holders or whatever takes your fancy.
This service allows you up to 20 characters with a phrase, word or date of your choosing. You can place your order directly on our website, simply follow the below instructions.

how it works
1. Add your chosen Manor Classic or Burlington candle from the personalisation collection to the cart.
2. At the cart type the following details into the gift message section;
Add your chosen message, name, date or monogram by typing in the word ENGRAVE: followed by your message.
E.g. engrave: Mr & Mrs Smith
~ Please Note: a maximum of 20 characters is allowed ~
The font we use for all engravings is MrsEaves (serif)

Engraving T&Cs
~ Dispatch times for all engraved products is up to 5 working days. If you plan to place a large order, please get in touch first to discuss time-frames at enquiries@truegrace.com.
~ Please ensure you add the personalised candle to your cart to get the engraving.
~ We offer a maximum of 20 characters for each engraving. This can be a name, phrase, initial or date. The choice is yours. We offer the engraving in 1 font - Mrs Eaves (serif).
~ Please note that the glass will have the TG logo still on the opposite side to the engraving.

Add the personalised touch with our bespoke printing seervice. The perfect choice if you are looking to personalise larger quantiites of our products, be it table decrorations, wedding favours, bridesmaid/groosmen gifts, thank you gifts etc. Available for candles jars and diffuser bottles as well as across all of our fragrances. We can manufacture scent free personalised candles if you want the beautiful glow of candles without added fragrance.
As this service is bespoke you will need to contact us to discuss options and your requirements. Please email us at enquiries@truegrace.com and include the below details;
- What products you are looking to have printed.
- What design you would like printed.
- Quantity of products you want printed.
- Any specific fragrances you would like or if you want unscented candles.
- The date you would want this delivered by.
- Any additional requirements you have.
