- Use warm, soapy water to remove any leftover wax in your current True Grace jar & remove the wick placer before adding your candle refill.

- Trim your wick to 0.5cm before lighting. Keep wick trimmed to 0.5cm for each use thereafter.

- Light your candle for at least 2 hours (and no more than 4 hours) until the whole top is liquid with wax. This will help your candle burn more evenly the next time you light it

- We recommend only using our jars which have been heat treated.

How do I get the best burn from my True Grace candle?

For the best performance, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn. Trim the wick to around 5mm before each use and burn for 2–4 hours at a time to ensure an even, long-lasting candle.

Why is my True Grace candle tunnelling?

Tunnelling happens when the candle isn’t burned long enough to create a full melt pool. To avoid this, always allow the wax to reach the edges of the vessel during each burn.
