When will I receive my free gifts?

After purchasing one of our Patronage Programme options, you will receive a tailored email notification from our team detailing the free gifts that have been awarded to you, as a thank you for your loyalty. For example, a True Grace ‘Supporter’ will be rewarded with a Classic Candle. Our member of our team will then reach out to you and ask which fragrance you’d like. Our team will arrange to have this shipped to you ASAP. The same applies for the bespoke rewards you receive after becoming a True Grace Champion, Friend, or joining the Maker's Circle.

What if the gift I want isn't in stock?

Wherever possible we will do our best to deliver the gifts in your chosen favourite fragrances. There may be some occasions where we're out of stock of a certain fragrance, and ask that you have a second option in mind, should we need to send an alternative.

How do you tailor the bespoke rewards for the True Grace Champion and the Maker's Circle?

Where rewards are more tailored to the individual’s taste such as the free True Grace Birthday hamper awarded to our True Grace ‘Champions’ and personalised designs for those of you who have joined our ‘Maker’s Circle’, our team will be in touch to understand your desired designs and provide you with an estimate despatch date depending on your requirements. Please note that this will vary depending on the complexities of the design/messaging chosen.

Can the shopping credit be used in your factory shop?

No, shopping credit rewards can only be redeemed via our online website. You will receive a gift card code in a separate email and this discount can be redeemed any time after 1st October 2024. The code is valid for a year and there a no limits on the number of transactions you place when using the voucher.

What are loyalty points?

You’ll notice that each of the tiers within our Patronage Programme award our customers with loyalty points. Our Loyalty scheme allows customers to accumulate points which can be used against future orders and depending on the number of points you have, you could find yourself in our Bronze, Silver, or Gold Tiers. You’ll notice that with many of the rewards above, you’ll be automatically enrolled into one of these three tiers which gives you access to a whole host of further benefits.
