Ecommerce Assistant

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for assisting the Ecommerce Executive with the day to day running of our B2C and B2B websites, as well as our Amazon store. Duties to include but not limited to, assisting with new product launches, site updates, promotional campaigns and website optimisation. You will also assist with customer enquiries and be a main point of contact for internal questions relating to web orders.

What Experience you’ll need:

-At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role. 
-Experience using a CMS system, ideally Shopify. 
-Good knowledge of MS Excel to analyse data.
-Experience in using reporting tools such as GA4 would be advantageous.
-Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
-The ability to optimise and edit assets using Adobe Photoshop. 
-Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for strong visuals.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Accounts Assistant

What you’ll be doing

As Accounts Assistant you will provide accounting and administrative support to our Accounts department. Duties to include, but not limited to, invoicing clients, managing ledgers, reconciliations of accounts and any other ad hoc tasks required by the department. Experience of working with multi-currencies is essential.

Working hours for this role are flexible, 8.30am - 5pm or 9am -5.30pm.

What experience you’ll need to apply

-Strong IT skills and a working knowledge of accounting software,
such as Sage 50.
-Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook.
-Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as
well as part of a team.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
