Gift Subscriptions
A thoughtful gift for home fragrance lovers, our candle gift subscriptions make the perfect present this festive season. Every month for 6 or 12 months, the recipient will receive a classic candle in a unique scent, delivered directly to their door. It’s a gift that keeps on giving!
With our candle gifting subscription service, they’ll receive a classic candle every month. A great opportunity to discover new True Grace scents, or enjoy their favourites, your chosen recipient will receive a totally unique fragrance every month.
With this subscription, each month a 190g candle with a burn time of 40 hours will be delivered directly to your loved one’s door. They’ll receive a whole variety of scents across our woody, floral, fresh, citrus, fruity and herbal fragrance families. The candles they’ll receive sit in our Manor or Village collections and are presented in opulent smoked glass, or a timeless etch-effect printed glass. There’s something to suit all tastes and spaces around the home.
When does it start?
As soon as you subscribe, the recipient will receive their first
classic candle within 2 – 3 working days of placing your order. If the subscription is intended as a gift, the first order will contain your desired personalised message (written in the gift message section at our checkout) and a little message from us, letting the recipient know exactly what they’ve been gifted when they can expect to receive their next classic candle.
How long does it last?
Our candle subscription service is available in 6 or 12 month subscriptions. Following the first delivery, a new classic candle will
be sent on or before the 4th of every month.
How is it sent to the recipient?
Once you’ve placed your order for the subscription gift package, we’ll send out their classic candle in 100% recyclable packaging on or
before the 4th of every month.

Can I cancel the subscription?
You will make a one-off payment you make for either the 6-month or 12-month subscription, and as such, as soon as you’ve placed your order, you won’t be able to stop or cancel the subscription.
How do I add a personalised message?
Please ensure you write your chosen message in the ‘gift message’ section at checkout when adding your subscription to the checkout. This message will be included in the very first subscription box that the recipient receives.
Is there a date in the month that I need to subscribe by?
You can purchase the gifting subscription any date of the
month, but please note that following this, the recipient will receive their subscription on or before the 4th of every month.
Can the recipient change the scent of the candle?
Unfortunately, the scents cannot be changed or exchanged upon delivery. Rest assured, we will be sending out a variety of scents to suit all tastes.
Can I update the recipient’s address?
In the event that the recipient moves address, if you could please email enquires@truegrace.com
and inform us of the new shipping address, we will ensure future subscriptions are delivered here.
Can I order other products at the same time?
If the subscription isn’t for yourself, then please ensure that you place a separate order for this. This will ensure that the subscription will be sent to the desired recipient.
The candle broke in transit, what do I do?
If the candle arrives broken, please email us at enquires@truegrace.com with photos and we will send you a replacement.
My subscription didn’t arrive, what do I do?
If your subscription didn’t arrive, then please email us at enquiries@truegrace.com and we can investigate the location of the parcel and arrange a replacement to be sent to you if needed.
