True Grace was founded in 2003 by Philippa and Roger Biles, and has called rural Wiltshire home ever since. Surrounded by countryside that shapes everything from our fragrances to the way we work, we make all of our candles, diffusers, and home fragrance here in our own factory.

Every candle is made in small batches by our team of skilled artisans, with blending, pouring, and finishing all happening under one roof. It is the kind of making that takes time and care, and that is exactly the point.

Our Wiltshire factory has held Carbon Neutral status from the Carbon Trust since 2015, powered by a combination of solar energy and renewable biomass. It is something we are proud of, and something we work to maintain.

Every material we choose is considered, from the natural wax blend in this candle to the reusable green glass vessel it sits in. We make things to last, because we think that is the most straightforward thing we can do.

Light it when the day starts to slow. Before you sit down, before you look at your phone. Give it a minute.

Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn. For the first light, let it burn until the melt pool reaches the edges. This helps the wax burn evenly and prevents tunnelling. Keep it away from draughts and always place it on a heat-resistant surface.

The fragrance will build as the wax warms. Let it.
