Before lighting your True Grace candle, trim the wick to 0.5cm. After lighting keep the wick trimmed to 0.5cm. The first time you burn your True Grace candle, allow it to burn for at least 2 hours and no more than 4 hours, until the whole top is liquid with wax. This will help your candle burn more evenly the next time you light it.

How do I get the best burn from my True Grace candle?

For the best performance, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn. Trim the wick to around 5mm before each use and burn for 2–4 hours at a time to ensure an even, long-lasting candle.

Why is my True Grace candle tunnelling?

Tunnelling happens when the candle isn’t burned long enough to create a full melt pool. To avoid this, always allow the wax to reach the edges of the vessel during each burn.
